Located in the heart of Leawood, this spacious ranch home was ready for a new chapter. Once worn and outdated, it was reimagined through a modern lens while honoring its midcentury roots.

To expand the primary bath, a former hall closet was thoughtfully repurposed. In the living space, an unused closet was transformed into a striking bar, designed to balance the home’s chic midcentury fireplace and create a place for gathering and connection.

With the removal of the wall between the kitchen and living room, warm wood tones were introduced through open shelving to visually unify the spaces and enhance flow throughout the home.

The result is a residence defined by clean lines, purposeful design, and modern comfort—an effortless blend of function and style for contemporary living.
