This historic Hyde Park residence stood vacant for years after a devastating fire, awaiting its next chapter. Originally built as a single-family home and later converted into a multi-family property, the vision for this project—led by designer Sarah Kendrick in partnership with her wife, realtor Ashley Kendrick—was to restore its original character while honoring the resilience of its past.
